Refund & Cancellation Policy

Here at ruétine™, our goal is to help you restore balance to your gut and feel your best from the inside out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We recommend using ruétine™ consistently for at least 14 days to allow your body time to adjust and respond to the formulation. If, after 14 days and within 30 days of your purchase, you’re still not satisfied, you’re eligible for a refund.

Please note:
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

To start a return, simply email us at hello@rue-tine.com or use the contact form on our website. To speed up the process, please include your order number or the name and email used at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, they are automatically sent to processing and may not be altered or refunded. 

Manage to catch us within the 24-hour period? Expect your refund to be processed and we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged (e.g. cracked, broken, or leaking), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@rue-tine.com with a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.

Note: Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (like dented boxes) is not considered grounds for a refund or replacement if the product itself is intact.

Shipping, Delivery & Address Errors

While we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably, delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather are outside of our control. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

If you entered an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund.
